Kirk Humphreys is Executive Chairman of Humphreys Capital, a company that manages private equity funds with real estate investments in 16 states.
Kirk was elected Mayor of Oklahoma City in 1998 and re-elected in 2002. Under his leadership, the city completed the historic MAPS Projects, a $360 million public investment which has led to more than $4 billion of new investment in the city’s downtown. Kirk also led the effort that became MAPS for Kids, a sweeping $700 million revitalization of the city’s public schools.
Kirk serves as vice chair of the Oklahoma Industries Authority and on several non-profit boards. He previously served as a Regent for the University of Oklahoma and trustee of the Urban Land Institute.
Kirk and his wife, Danna, have been married for 51 years and have 3 children and 15 grandchildren.
